Mandera County governor, Ali Roba was last evening spotted at the Laico Regence meeting with one IEBC commissioner, Abdi Yakub Guliye.
While it’s not clear what the two discussed in the secret meeting, it is suspected that Ali Roba has been trying to influence the IEBC to favourably consider his candidature in the forthcoming election.
The meeting lasted for a period of not less than 2 hours.
